Enchanted Studio currently accepts only online orders. For the
customers who do not wish to order online there is the Direct Bank Money
Transfer option. However, Printable order form and Catalogue will be available soon for
mail
ordering.
You can place your order on this site by completing one of the following methods:
Credit Cards - This site uses the familiar shopping cart format. All credit card payments are processed through Paypal's secure servers

You do not need to be a member of Paypal to pay through this option. Select "Credit card or direct cash payment via Paypal" during checkout.
Paypal - Those that do have a Paypal account can also pay with available funds in their Paypal account through the same payment option. Select "Credit card or direct cash payment via Paypal" during checkout.
Direct Bank Deposit -
If you do not wish to order online for any reason, please feel free to place your order by a Direct Bank Deposit
( Direct Bank Money Transfer ) . After your order has been placed you will be sent an email with details for depositing to our account. Select "Direct
Bank Money Transfer" during checkout. For this option, payments
must be received and clear in our bank account before your order is shipped.
Check Payments -
At this time, due to fraud constraints, we cannot accept any payments by
Personal Check (Cheque) from any locations.
1. Click the "ADD TO CART" button that is next to the image you wish to purchase.
This will take you to the first page of the cart.
2. If you have finished shopping, then select where your item is being shipped by clicking the dropdown menu.
Once you have selected your shipping location then click the "RECALCULATE" button.
3.This will then add your shipping and handling costs to your order. Next click "GO TO PAYMENTS".
4. This will take you to the second page of the cart which is where you enter your name, address, email, etc.
(Note, that this page has a separate scroll bar within it's page that you might need to use to get to the "CONTINUE" button.
Once you have entered your information, click the "CONTINUE" button.
5. This will take you to the "Payment Options" page, the third page of the cart.
Select how you wish to pay and click the "CONTINUE" button.

6. This will take you to the last page of the cart, where you would enter your credit card information if that is what you have selected to pay with.
After you have entered your card information, click the "ORDER NOW" button and your order is complete.
7. Lastly, when you have made your purchase successfully, a page will come up showing your order confirmation number on it.
An email that will be sent to the email address that you have entered confirming your purchase.
To see shipping charges for an order, just view the shopping cart after adding items. Shipping cost will then be displayed.
Orders may take 3-5 business days to arrive, although usually much quicker. Lillian's Enchanted Studio is based in France so an order can take some time to arrive. Please allow for 14-20 business days before their arrival. But sooner is also possible!
While we do our best to ship orders as soon as absolutely possible, once we hand a package off , we have NO control over how fast it gets to you. Post Offices do not guarantee they will deliver packages in that time frame.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of items in your order and can be viewed and calculated in the shopping cart before paying for and finalising your order.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do our best to package every order in a manner that will protect the objects inside; however we can not guarantee delicate handling from the shipping services available to us. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please

We do not accept returns but we provide exchanges for items sold from this site. However, some items, such as
originals and large matted giclees, cannot be exchanged. These items will be noted in the galleries. We are a small business and the excessive costs involved in returned merchandise are not sustainable. Often, returned items come back to us damaged in shipping and we are not able re-sell them. FIRST FOR EXCHANGE INSRUCTIONS. Items will only be accepted for exchange if postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Items sent back beyond 30 days or exchanges in damaged, unsellable condition, will not be accepted. Items returned to us without following all exchange guidelines may be refused. Please send exchanges well packaged and if necessary, by insured mail. Please include any Exchange Information you receive from us with the exchange. If you email us to make a change or cancellation to your order and it has already shipped, we will accept exchanges only.
All customs and taxes which may be incured on importing orders into your country are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned about taxes or customs, please check with your local customs authorities before ordering.
