Ordering & Shipping
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping charges are
based on the weight of items in your order. Enchanted Studio ®
is based in France & ships internationally. All our shipping is via the
French Post Office. Please note that our shipping fees include handling,
packaging materials and our labour content as well as the actual postage
cost. Please review the shipping charge before ordering.
As part of our normal service we usually ship our items within 3-5
working days from the day that funds are received. We do our best to get our
orders processed as soon as possible, however , we cannot be
held responsible for the incorrect length of delivery of items by the post
offices. Also some times there are inevitable times (industrial
action, bad weather, peak delivery periods) when a parcel may be held up.
However this is rare.
We ship to the
address of delivery specified by the customer. The customer must assure
that the address of delivery deposited at checkout is correct . Any
possible costs resulting of a wrong address given to us will be at the
customer's charge.
GIFT GIVING (FREE)
All purchased items leave the Enchanted Studio®
very well packed & wrapped in a delicate tissue paper. If any order is
indicated as a gift then we add beautiful ribbons and an
enchanted gift card.
If you wish to give a gift to someone, we can send your purchased
item(s) directly to your loved one accompanied with your personalized
message printed on the gift card. Of course we send the sales receipts with
prices on to you letting your loved one enjoy a pure enchanted gift!
In order to use our gift giving service, upon check out you must firstly
indicate your name and information in the Bill To fields and after your
loved one's name and address in the Ship To fields. You can also add your
own message in the special text box for the person will receive your gift.
This service is entirely free!

Studio® and they are sold as is. We check every item before shipping to make
sure that our customers worldwide receive the highest quality handcrafted
designer products. In our business we work hard to make sure every customer
is thoroughly enchanted with their purchase!
PURCHASING & PAYMENTS
Enchanted
Studio currently accepts only online orders. For the customers who do not
wish to pay online there is the Direct Bank Money Transfer option. However,
Printable order form and Catalogue will be available soon for mail ordering.
You can place your order on this site by completing one of the following
methods:
a) Credit Cards - This site uses the familiar shopping cart
format. All credit card payments are processed through Paypal's secure
servers - SSL SECURE PAYMENT . You do not need to be a member of Paypal to
pay through this option. Select "Credit card or direct cash payment via
Paypal" during checkout. We are a PayPal
verified account holder – PayPal is safe, secure, costs you nothing and
we are advised immediately of the funds. Those that do have a Paypal account
can also pay with available funds in their Paypal account through the same
payment option.
b) Direct Bank Deposit - If
you do not wish to order online for any reason, please feel free to place
your order by a Direct Bank Deposit ( Direct Bank Money Transfer ) . After
your order has been placed you will be sent an email with details for
depositing to our account. Select "Direct Bank Money Transfer" during
checkout. For this option, payments must be received and clear in our bank
account before your order is shipped. Please
allow at least 24 hours for funds to transfer (more from some smaller banks
). ☺

Check Payments
- At this time, due to fraud constraints, we cannot accept any
payments by Personal Check (Cheque) from any locations.
TAXES & CUSTOMS
Enchanted Studio sells internationally but can not be responsible for any
country charges. It DOES NOT benefit from any custom taxes of your country.
All customs and taxes which may be incured on importing orders into your
country are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned about
taxes or customs, please check with your local customs authorities before
ordering.
