Any artwork & graphic shown on this website or elsewhere may be displayed on a site as long as is a fantasy, fairies, pagan, mystical web page, as well as  a Fan site or blog . The graphics & images may NOT be altered in anyway, their watermark is left on the image, and that a proper credit and a visible working copyright link,  © Lillian Fioretzi - www.enchanted-studio.com  or a banner is displayed along with the artwork. Hotlinking is Prohibited! The art image may NOT be used on any sites of offensive nature or promote offensive materials such as , pornographic, racist, prejudice,  gambling, drugs, sex  etc...
Lillian reserves the right to cancel or alter her  license  for her artwork to be used on any website  at any time.

Tattoo artists and flash sellers are NOT allowed to commercially use and sell any Lillian's artwork & graphics as a tattoo without  any license. Lillian's art  may be used for tattoos ONLY to individuals who have purchased an art print  from this website, as it provides a small amount of compensation to the artist for the use of her art. Anyone who has purchased Lillian's print for the purpose of a permanent skin tattoo MUST get back any copies of the artwork that the tattoo artist may have made including the stencil. Lillian  holds the copyright and intellectual property rights for all of her artworks & graphics so it is prohibited to be sold again as flash or for any other commercial purpose.

It is also appreciated if the individuals who have a permanent skin tattoo with Lillian's art send a photo of it . We love seeing them!

While we cannot stop you from printing out the images we post on-line, please note that they are 'web-ready' and have been saved at extremely low resolutions, and therefore will not print well. We encourage you to purchase your favorite print instead...we assure you that our prints are vibrant, highly detailed and look 100% more exciting in person that what is posted on the web.  If you like one of Lillian's  pieces enough to save it to your desktop - we can live with that, as long as you refer interested people to www.enchanted-studio.com  if they ask who the artist is.

Pursuit of Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement of Lillian's works is treated very seriously.
Any Ebay auctions that sell without any license Lillian's artwork in anyway, will be ended immediately through the Ebay Vero program.
Non-compliance with a cease and desist request can result in the matter being taken to official parties, including webhosts (eg, Oztion, Ebay, Second Life officials), and the courts. Those infringing copyright could be liable to pay back all earnings they have made through the illegal sale of Lillian's copyrighted materials.

Reporting Unauthorized  & Illegal Use of Lillian's Work
