Returns due to damage

- All purchased items leave the Enchanted Studio® very well packed and in a manner that will protect them  during the shipping. However, even the best packaging can be damaged with  a not  delicate handling by  the postal services locally & internationally. If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and  only within 14 days of receipt of purchase and we will do whatever we can to sort it out. Also you could  take a picture of it immediately as soon as you receive the package and send it to us by email. This is a very good way for us to investigate the damage can result to an item due to rough treatment through the postal system.

Returns for exchange

- If you are not 100% satisfied for any personal reason with your order, we will be happy to accept exchange  for your purchase price.  Items will only be accepted for exchange if returned  within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items sent back beyond 14 days or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted. All returned items for exchange must be in their original condition with the invoice,  reason for return & original packaging.  All exchanges must be pre- approved by us so please email us first at  and let us know the reason of the exchange in details. 

- Buyer shall be responsible for ALL Shipping and handling (to and from) and any Insurance costs - If the order included Free Shipping the shipping and handling charges that we incurred will be deducted  from your purchase price.

- Items which are returned to us without  any prior communication or approval by us and  without following all exchange guidelines, will not be accepted, and no other item will be sent. Please note that there are no returns / exchanges on any promotional and  sales items- these sales are final. 

- Original Paintings & Limited Edition Prints are NOT refundable or replaceable.

Returns for refund

-  Enchanted Studio®  is a startup small family business  and due to the excessive cost  involved in returned items ( which are often damaged in unresellable condition),  not being sustainable , we can NOT accept refunds.
