It has been since 2009 that I have been suffering from panic attacks and anxiety. Panic attacks can be terrifying. I am writing this because I am in the throws of an anxiety attack right now !!! My chest feels tight, my heart is beating very fast , I feel lightheaded, I am shaking, I feel like I am dying ! I can’t breath!!! It feels like my world is falling down around me.

I got inspired after I came across an article about a real little elf who helped an astronomer!!!-
George Ellory Hale was the driving force behind building the world’s largest observatory. Hale’s primary science advisor was an elf. Yes a real elf who appeared in his window sill and told him to get his project started. Hale says his “little elf” also advised him on other scientific work.Hales relationship with his “little elf” is documented in Helen Wright’s 1966 book, “Explorer of the Universe.” Read the story about this “little elf” and how real fairies help real people:)
